Mortgage Loan	Once during the periodicity of the loan
Commercial Vehicle Loans	Yearly basis (once during a year)
Consumer Loans	Once during the periodicity of loan
Clean Loans including Personal Loans & LABD	No Inspection charges to be levied.
Staff Loans	No Inspection charges to be levied.
Performance Bank Guarantee	If the project/ performance is short term (upto one year) – Quarterly basis. If the project/ performance is more than one year – Half yearly basis.
Agriculture Loans	Yearly basis (once during a year)
Term Loan in Trade/ Industry	Quarterly basis
Working Capital finance in Trade/ Industry	In case of hypothecation/ pledge of Stock – Quarterly basis
ODP	On quarterly basis
