Note:
- No processing fee should be levied in case of non-fund limit (BG/LC) with 100% liquid margin in the shape of Cash/FDR/other liquid securities, where there is no requirement of regular limit.
- No processing charges to be levied on loans against bank our own deposits and Govt. Securities NSCs, KVPs and IVPs etc.
- In case of agriculture advances – No Processing charges to be levied at the time of renewal.
- In case of agriculture advances – Processing Fee will be applicable in case of enhancement above Rs.3.00 lakh, on enhanced portion only on pro-rata basis.
- Enhancement/Renewal (other than agriculture advances): As per normal rates mentioned above in Table (A), on pro rata for the relevant period so as to coincide with the expiry date of original limit. i.e. processing charges to be recovered for short renewal/review period.
- Expenses other than Process Fees (i.e. CIC/CERSAI/Insurance/NeSL charges/State specific Stamp Duty charges etc.) shall be borne by the borrower.
- NeSL charges: Annual NeSL charges for staff, ex-staff accounts are exempted.
- Wherever, there is specific scheme or Master Circulars which defines any processing or concessions, then that specific scheme guideline or circulars of concerned department will prevail.
