PSB BUSINESS LOAN SCHEME FOR YOUNG INDIA

Purpose:

Term Loan for the following purposes:

Purchase/ Construction / Renovation of Business Premises, Factory / Offices /Shop / Godown etc.;

•For construction of building(s) in the pre-owned land, acquisition of factory land and Building as well as factory land with building under construction

•To start Greenfield Projects

•For acquisition of fixed assets (Plant & Machinery, equipment, furniture & fixtures etc) for business activities

•Any other purpose whereby asset is created out of Bank’s finance for the purpose of running the business

A) Cash credit/Overdraft limit: To meet the working capital requirements

B) Stand By Line of Credit: To meet the temporary liquidity mismatch

C) Non Fund based limit (Bank Guarantee& Letter of Credit)

Eligibility:

•Enterprises should be owned or managed by the young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-35 years or cases where majority stakeholders (at least 51%) should be aged between 18-35 years

•Individuals/ Proprietorship / Partnership / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) / Pvt. Ltd. Co. / Public Ltd. Co & any other legal entity having valid Udyam Registration are eligible, Units should have in place all necessary approvals/NOC from respective authorities

•For only New borrowers

CIC score of the promoters/partner(s) should be 690+

CMR from 1-4/Internal Rating 1-5.

Satisfactory Due Diligence Report.

Any Account of customer shall not be remaining into SMA-1 in last 12 months.Note: Trust / associations/ Societies, HUF/ HUF as proprietor / partner are not eligible.

Cash credit/Overdraft limit, Term Loan, Non-fund (LC/BG), Stand by Line of Credit

Quantum of Loan

Maximum: Up to ₹ 500.00 Lakh (OD/CC+TL+Non-fund) A stand-by working capital limit up to 10% of the assessed limit for 90 days may be additionally made available to facilitate urgent credit needs for executing sudden orders.

Margin

For Working Capital:

Hypothecation of Stock & Book Debts- 25%, Pledge of Stocks – 15%, OD Against Property- 25% of RV, Non Fund- 10% (Cash Margin), Packing Credit/Post Shipment- 10%

For TL - Plant & Machinery- 25%, Factory Land- 40%, Govt. allotted Factory/commercial land-30%, Purchase Factory/Commercial Building/ Construction Factory, Commercial Building- 25%

Guarantee

Cases covered under CGTSME/CGFMU etc. : No Guarantee

For Hybrid Model - Promoter & Proprietor and property owner which is acceptable as per CGTMSE scheme

In case of CGTMSE coverage/Hybrid security: As per extant guidelines for CGTMSE

Personal guarantee of immovable property owner offered as security. Proprietorship concerns: wife/major son(s), Partnership firms: guarantee of Partners.

Tenure

Working Capital - 12 months subject to annual renewal

For Hybrid Model - Promoter & Proprietor and property owner which is acceptable as per CGTMSE scheme

In case of CGTMSE coverage/Hybrid security: As per extant guidelines for CGTMSE

Personal guarantee of immovable property owner offered as security. Proprietorship concerns: wife/major son(s), Partnership firms: guarantee of Partners.
