PSB GO GREEN FINANCING SCHEME

Purpose:

1) Term Loan-

  • To start Greenfield Projects/ Purchase/ Construction / Renovation of Business Premises, Factory / Offices /Shop / Godown etc.
  • For construction of building in pre-owned land /acquisition of building/ acquisition of Plant & Machinery/Equipment/ Furniture & Fixtures.
  • Any other purpose whereby asset is created out of Bank’s finance for the purpose of running the business.

 

2) Cash credit/Overdraft limit to meet the working capital requirements

3) Non Fund based limit (Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit

4) Stand by Line of Credit: To meet the temporary liquidity mismatch

Eligibility

Individuals/ Proprietorship / Partnership / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) / Pvt. Ltd. Co. / Public Ltd. Co & any other legal entity having valid Udyam Registration are eligible. (Existing borrowers/New borrowers) # Units should have in place all necessary approvals/NOC from respective authorities Individuals/ Proprietorship /artnership / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) / Pvt. Ltd. Co. / Public Ltd. Co & any other legal entity having valid Udyam Registration are eligible. Nature of Loan

Cash credit/Overdraft limit to meet the working capital requirements, Term Loan (For Creation of Fixed Assets/P&M/Equipment/ Etc.), Non-fund (LC/BG), Stand by Line of Credit

Quantum of finance

Minimum Amt: Above Rs 10.00 Lakh, Maximum Amt: Need Based (OD/CC+TL+Non-fund)

Margin

Working Capital Facilities:- Cash Credit (Hyp. of Stock and Book Debts) -25% Pledge of Stocks -15%, OD against Property -25% of Realizable Value of the property, Non-Fund Based(Cash Margin)/Packing Credit/Post Shipment-10%.

Term Loan: - Plant & Machinery/ Purchase Factory /Commercial Building/ Construction of Factory/Commercial Unit - 25%, Factory Land-40%, Govt. Allotted Factory/Commercial land- 30%

Guarantee

 

  • Maximum repayment period up to 5 Years.

 

 

  • For Hybrid Model - Promoter & Proprietor and property owner which is acceptable as per CGTMSE scheme

 

 

  • In case of CGTMSE coverage/Hybrid security: As per extant guidelines for CGTMSE

 

 

  • Personal guarantee of immovable property owner offered as security

 

 

  • Proprietorship concerns: wife/major son(s), Partnership firms: guarantee of Partners

 

Rate of Interest

Rate of Interest shall be linked to EBLR as applicable to MSMEs and based on Internal Risk Rating (IRR) of the borrower

Tenure of Loan

Working Capital: One year, repayable on demand. Credit facility is subject to annual renewal/review.

Term Loan: Maximum repayment period up to 10 years including moratorium period of maximum of 12 months. However, interest shall be serviced as and when charged.

Note: Sanctioning authority may allow repayment period upto 15 years including moratorium period of maximum of 12 months based on merits of cases.
