Facility will be provided under the scheme to take up multiple livelihood activities such as setting up of manufacturing/trading/service units and activities allied to agriculture.
Activities allied to agriculture include Grading, Sorting, Aggregation Agro Industries, Fish/Meat Processing, Dairy, Agri-Clinics and Agri-Business Centers, Food & Agro-Processing, etc (excluding crop loans, land improvement such as canals, irrigation, wells) and services supporting these, which promote livelihood or are income generating
Eligibility
Individual women members of SHGs which are covered/eligible to be covered under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihood Mission (DAY-NRLM).
Eligibility Criteria for SHGs
i. SHGs should be in active existence for at least 6 months as per their books of accounts (and not from the date of opening of S/B account)
ii. SHGs should be practicing ‘Panchasutras’ i.e., regular meetings, regular savings, regular inter-loaning, timely repayment and up-to-date books of accounts.
iii. SHGs should qualify as per grading norms fixed by NABARD. As and when the federations of the SHGs come into existence, the grading exercise may be done by the federations to support the banks
Eligibility Criteria for SHG members
i.Individual women members of SHGs with satisfactory repayment track record of 2 years shall be only eligible.
ii. Individual members should have availed two round of finances from SHG, with the first loan being fully repaid and the second loan may be running
Maximum repayment period up to 60 months including moratorium period of maximum of 6 months. However, interest shall be serviced as and when charged.
Rate of Interest
Rate of Interest shall be linked to EBLR as applicable to MSMEs and based on Internal Risk Rating (IRR) of the borrower
Tenure of Loan
Working Capital: One year, repayable on demand. Credit facility is subject to annual renewal/review.
Term Loan: Maximum repayment period up to 10 years including moratorium period of maximum of 12 months. However, interest shall be serviced as and when charged.
Note: Sanctioning authority may allow repayment period upto 15 years including moratorium period of maximum of 12 months based on merits of cases.
Reimbursement of Credit Guarantee Fee
• Credit Guarantee fees charged by CGTMSE or NCGTC on actual basis for respective enterprise loans extended to women Self Help Group members under DAY-NRLM only is eligible for reimbursement.
• Reimbursement of credit guarantee fees will be considered for maximum loan outstanding of Rs. 5 lakh per borrower and for a maximum tenure of 5 years.
• Reimbursement of credit guarantee fees will be considered for a borrower only once upto a maximum duration of 5 years.

Interest Subvention
• Women entrepreneurs making prompt repayment of credit shall be provided 2% interest subvention to incentivize good repayment behavior.
• Interest subvention will be provided on loans upto Rs. 1.5 lakh per borrower.
• Interest subvention will be provided to individual women entrepreneur only once and upto a maximum duration of 3 years.

The Funds Transfer services were blocked for Retail Internet Banking Customers since 09.01.2022. However, our old Internet Banking Portal was running parallelly for the last few days for the benefit of old Retail and Corporate Internet Banking Customers. It has now been decided that the Old Internet Banking will be pulled down on midnight of 21.03.2022. Bill Payments and Tax Payments ( OLTAS and GST) can be done through PSB UnIC digital platform. Bill Payment services are moved to PSB UnIC from 16.03.2022 onwards and the OLTAS functionality will be live from 18.03.2022 through PSB UnIC.
Our existing old Internet Banking customers ( Retail and Sole Propriership) who are yet to register in PSB UnIC are requested to make a onetime registration by visiting our website: https://punjabandsindbank.co.in and by clicking on PSB UnIC and choosing appropriate Option as follows:

These corporate customers will be sent a registration kit through email after submission of the above documents.
